We’ve collected answers to the questions we hear most from homeowners, property managers, and business owners across DFW. If you don’t see what you need, call us – we’re happy to help.

We serve the entire metroplex - Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Garland, Richardson, Carrollton, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, and nearby suburbs. If you’re not sure, ask - we’ll confirm coverage on the spot.
We provide an upfront quote before any work begins. Pricing factors include the type of lock or hardware, number of cylinders/doors, access level, and urgency (emergency vs. scheduled). No hidden fees or surprises.
Yes. We are fully licensed in Texas (Licensed #B28373201), bonded, and insured for your protection.
Our first approach is always non-destructive entry. In the rare case a lock is severely damaged or a high-security mechanism requires drilling, we’ll explain why and get your approval first.
For your security, we require proof that you’re authorized to enter (photo ID plus evidence such as a lease, utility bill, work order, or the property owner/manager present). For vehicles or commercial sites, additional verification may apply.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, contactless payments, cash, and itemized invoices. Business accounts and property managers can request invoicing (see Payment Questions below).

Yes. We can duplicate standard keys, restricted keys (where permitted), and many high-security or smart-lock keys/fobs on-site. Ask us about your specific brand/model.
Absolutely. We install, replace, and configure smart deadbolts, keypad locks, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth locks, and access control hardware. We’ll make sure everything is securely set up and that you have full administrative control.
Rekeying is ideal when you want to disable old keys (after a move, turnover, or lost keys) while keeping existing hardware. Replacement makes sense when locks are worn, you want a hardware/style upgrade, or you’re moving to Grade-1/high-security locks.
Standard hours run daily, and we offer evening appointments to reduce downtime for businesses and busy households. For urgent lockouts and security issues, call for our current emergency availability.
